The genesis
Steadymind Creations is a niche boutique entertainment company focused on creating original, contemporary and path breaking content for feature films, short films, web-series and other digital content. We are specifically focused on positioning ourselves as a thought leader and “originator” of ideas and content specific to platforms mentioned above.
Steadymind Creations’ core area of focus and expertise is around the development of stories, detailed treatment notes, screenplays and script writing. Apart from in-house capabilities, we also have strategic tie-ups with other production houses for creative collaboration. We are a one of a kind company in that we aspire to solely focus on story writing and script/screenplay development while collaborating with other production houses for all other aspects of pre-production, principal photography and post-production. We truly believe that CONTENT IS KING.

Gurmeet Sahni
President
Mr. Sahni, our CEO, holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA. His zest to do something new every day alongside his entrepreneurial experience makes him fit the bill as a stakeholder of Steadymind Creations perfectly. When he is not busy running his 25-year-old company, he likes to read, watch movies and spend time with his family. His absolute favorites are “The President is Missing” by James Patterson and The Last Samurai”. Gurmeet is a professional photographer and hopes to travel the world with nothing but his camera in his hands.
Santosh Patil
Vice President
Mr. Patil, our COO, holds an MA in English and LLB. Mr. Patil currently serves as Chairman and MD of the popular U.K’S Resort Pvt. Ltd., Khopoli. Mr. Patil’s business interests have focused around hospitality industry and tourism until he decided to lend his support towards the development and promotion of Steadymind. Mr. Patil lives his life with the objective of helping people improve theirs, which makes him a natural fit for the hospitality industry. He strongly believes in building trust-based relationships.
Dr. Mandhir Sahni
Creative Head
Dr. Sahni, an electrical engineer by profession has long harbored a passion for creating movies. His deep-rooted love and natural flair for writing coupled with his entrepreneurial skills make him a perfect fit for Steadymind Creations. He is a registered member of the Screen Writers Association(SWA), India. When not occupied with his renewable energy business, he spends his time watching movies – A LOT OF THEM. His favorite movie of all time is One Fine Day. Dr. Sahni’s favorite poetic piece is “IF” by Rudyard Kipling.
Snehal Ingavale
Head of Logistics
Snehal Ingavale designs software and writes code by the day. When not busy with her day job, she handles the company reigns so other team members can focus on their creative outlet. She enjoys cooking when it is occasional and not a mundane rut. Her browser’s bookmark is full of food recipes, most of which she hasn’t cooked yet. She is eternally grateful to her 6 year old child for teaching her how to enjoy life’s simple pleasures. Some of her all-time favorite movies are Dilwale Dulhaniya Le Jayenge and Serendipity.
