“Friction” Officially Goes on the Floor!

Wishing you all a very happy, prosperous and safe 2021. 2021 brings with it some good tidings for Steadymind Creations. Steadymind Creations, in collaboration with Round The Watch Pictures, is pleased to officially announce our next short film titled “Friction”. Friction is a gripping drama-cum-thriller that delves into the nuanced layers of Friction in relationships. Told via a unique non-linear narrative, one almost wishes for some Friction in some weirdly ironic way by the end of it!!

And guess who we have on-board to play the male protagonist?! None other than the affable, versatile and wonderful artist Sanjay Kapoor! Making up the other half of the stellar cast is Shweta Kawaatra, an extremely accomplished performer and artist in her own right. So looking forward to seeing these two performers in the same frame!

A special mention for our super-talented, driven and hardworking core team of Friction led by Co-Producer Anupma Gupta of Round The Watch Pictures, young and talented Director Sumit Suresh Kumar (watch out for this name – you will be hearing a lot of this name after Friction is out!) and our “man for all seasons” Line Producer, Himank Gupta!
